About Amit
I’m Amit Giat, a father of two, living in Sri Lanka. For the past twenty-five years, I’ve traveled the world, learning from different cultures, traditions and teachers, and exploring the many ways people connect with healing and transformation.
I work in English, Hebrew and Spanish, allowing me to hold these experiences comfortably across different cultures and communities.
I lived between India and Europe, learning from different healing traditions and the many teachers I encountered along the way.
I spent much of this time in South America, mainly in Peru’s Sacred Valley, studying shamanic rituals and exploring traditional approaches to natural and alternative medicine.
Over the years, I brought these experiences and teachings together to develop my own way of working — a practice that helps people reconnect with their hearts and their truth, and explore what may be holding them back.
I came to Sri Lanka and have been living here ever since.
I believe deeply in the healing power of this island, and I continue to share my work with individuals, groups and retreats.
